Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver to France, Europe, Africa, and America. For other destinations, please contact us at contact@elyontravel.com .

What are the delivery times?

• France and Europe : 3 to 5 working days

• Africa : 5 to 10 working days

• America : 7 to 12 working days
  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are 100% secure.

Are Elyôn suitcases guaranteed?

Yes! Our suitcases come with a 2-year warranty covering all manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or airlines.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging.
